Kleemann Sports headers E500 E550 W212 S212
Kleemann high flow exhaust headers for:
- W212 E500 E550 Saloon / Sedan
- S212 E500 E550 Estate / Wagon / Kombi
These kits allows the engine to breathe freely and produce more power, and fitted on 500/550 models with the 5.5 litre V8 M273 engine, it will raise power by up to 25 HP.
The outlet pipe on the Kleemann headers is 65 mm. in diameter (stock 47 mm.) and in conjunction with the optimized flow obtained by the longer header pipes and the steel sport catalysts, exhaust gas back pressure is greatly reduced.
The kit consists of 2 headers, 2 down-pipes with steel sport catalysts, 2 gaskets and new copper nuts.
NOTE: This header kit is designed for LHD cars, but can be modified to fit on RHD cars also, and it requires our ECU upgrade for optimal function and performance.
The installation requires cutting and welding. Fitting is from 9 hours.
